MiWay Cancellation

<p>I have been with MiWay since 2012 and my vehicle got ******. MiWay told me to keep my account open with them until I purchase another vehicle to make things easier with my next vehicle. The monthly fees is R50. I called MiWay to get a qoute on my new vehicle and I was unhappy about the fees. I then went to another insurance company and asked MiWay to cancel my account/policy that I have with them. Its been three months now and they keep telling me that someone will call me to cancel my policy with MiWay.</p> <p>I first spoke to lady by the name of Kitso Modisani who is a consultant at MiWay and nothing happened, I then spoke to a gentleman by the name of Thapelo Masinga that is also a consultant at MiWay which done my cancellation and told me that he will send me a confirmation email that states my cancellation till this hour nothing has happened.</p>
