Miway can hit the Highway for all I care
My son tried to use the WE DRIVE benefit offered by Miway today after a golf game at Leeukop. He phoned at 1:30pm and requested a 3:30pm pickup. Per the website, a 2 hour notice period is supposed to suffice. He was told that was 'too early' and that Miway could do 5:30pm but would try for an earlier slot. After not hearing anything further, he phoned again at 3:30pm to check what progress had been made only to find out his request had not been logged, not even for a 5:30pm pickup! So he drove home under the influence. Useless service from Miway!!
