MiWay called numerous times to check up on me and confirm if I had been assisted. A tow truck came out within 30 minutes and helped me get my car home. I just wish I had known that you will not be assisted if your car can’t shift gears (ie. If your gearbox is locked), this type of information should be disclosed transparently.
