Miway: call centre assistance

Good morning.

I was assisted by Sibahle. She was proficient, clear, friendly and left me feeling like I was talking to a friend. Thank you for taking the anxiety out of calling in.

Just a note in general. I find that the call centre staff speak way too fast in the onset of the call and this does not allow the caller to get their names. They know their names, we don't.
