MiWay Business never available

Last week l called MiWay business as l wanted to cancel my policy with them. l was put on hold for a couple of minutes only to be told the Retention Department is not picking up. I DON'T WANT TO BE RETAINED, I WANT TO CANCEL MY POLICY!!

Due to their unavailability l was told someone would get back to me in 48-72 hours, a turn around time which is rather ridiculous in this kind of industry. l called again and some rude consultant told me someone would call again but up to today, a week later no one has called.

i have had so many nice things to say about MiWay since 2014 when l joined them but the kind of experiences i have had with them, from Consultants who have no clue what they are doing to others who just don't pay attention to clients'needs.

I am just about done with them as a whole, both business and personal. They made me feel l was begging for a service. I am paying for service.
