Miway Business Insurance **********

I opened a business insurance with Miway in June for less than R400 it was for my commercial bike. Gloria one of their senior consultants gave me a heads up that Miway is trying to deduct for over R2500 in my bank account i requested she should cancel my policy and i blocked the debit order. She escalated the query to their IT team. But guess what this morning they deducted R3500 using a different reference number Miway business insurance is full of **********. I spoke to Gloria again she remembered my query also shocked on the details i gave her as per above. She tries to assist me but the ***** in her IT team for debit orders also is confusing for her. Clients please check your bank statements and dont join Miway business insurance am still waiting to hear what is their excuse.
