MiWay Business Cutting Corners On Repairs!!!

I have my trucks insured with these guys, one of them got involved in a collision on the 11th of November 2024, today's the 11th of February 2025, and my truck is still not fixed, 3 whole months of waiting, and during this time, the premium is still getting deducted in full, I still have to pay the bank's instalment, I still have to pay salaries, and every time I call I get sent from pillar to post, it wasn't until this morning when I called the repair centre that I was told that MiWay is delaying the process by insisting that used parts be used... on my new truck??!!!
