miway - bunch of unprofessional bullies

MiWay has no regard, whatsoever for its clients. they only care about money. they are a bunch of bullies with very unprofessional agents. My case was handled by a Moleboheng Ledwaba, who was never available and very unprofessional. I WILL NEVER EVERIN MY LIFE, DO BUSINESS WITH MIWAY, EVER AGAIN, AND I WILL NEVER ADVICE ANYONE TO EITHER. If you plan on being insured with miway, make sure that you have medical aid, a funeral cover and life cover, because, trust me, they will drive you to either insanity or death with their incompetence and unprofessionalism. Moleboheng Ledwaba and Relebohile Teane are the worst agents to deal with. Relebohile is a bully, but since he works for miway, i suppose that is how they do business and condone his behaviour. Moleboheng is unprofessional, an unprofessional who cannot even answer questions, instead kept on repeating whatever she was told to relay. and they have the audacity to tell me to insure with them again in future, LOL, yeah, like i'm that crazy... mxm
