Katleho Leokaoke was brilliant from the beginning of the claim. He was very efficient, clear in what was required of me and very professional. He always communicated with me in a timely manner - i did not have to call back requested feedback like most insurance companies that i have dealt with in the past. My claim was handled with the professionalism and care it deserved. WELL DONE to MIWAY and Katleho Leokaoke.

Now, I only wish my premium could be lower :)
