Miway best service standards, Carline a star

Good day id like to give an excellent report when it comes to a miway assessor CARLINE, I was in an accident on 24th december, my insurance was phoned, and ofcourse with any claim you can expect trouble coz the word out there is that insurances are difficult whn.it comes to.claims. Well I knew nothing bout claims etc as I never had to do any of that. Few days later I was phnd by Carline the assessor, sjoe I was vrek bang.But Lord knows, she explained every step in detail to me, put my heart at ease, never for one moment did I feel.threatened or bang, she was supper supper friendly and continuously the ever professional, she made me laugh and made jokes, she supported me throughout the whole process, everyday she contacted me and kept me informed, I bow down.to this lady, she has a friend in.me forever, thank u thank u thank.u so much Carline, u deserve a praise, Miway has a lady with a heart of gold, u should be appreciated ppl like you make claiming and insurance a pleasurable experience, thank you again to an awesome lady
