Last week I received my anniversary renewal schedule from Miway. I was not happy with the increase in premiums & I contacted the call center for a review of costs. I was assisted by Shaun who was super professional, clear & listened to my concerns. Due to the nature of my query Shaun had to transfer me to a supervisor. I was put through to Nokhuthula who greeted me by name ?. She was friendly, well informed of my query & proceeded to assist me immediately.
