Miway best insurance ever

It will be 3 years after i helped my parents moove over to miway, after over 20 years with Santam. However, now my dad recently got diagnosed with cancer and things isn't going to well. He will be off work a further 7 weeks with no pay and probably not able to work at all. Just last month we went on the app, to increase the excess om the vehicles to R5000 on all three of them, to get the premium down too R1800. Now this month she got a email the premium is under annual review and will be increased to R2250. Bear in mind they had no excess at Santam, at santam there is no excess for over 55's. This is a bit steep for one person working getting a income. Please look into this and make them a better offer with reduced excesses. The MiRewards payout of 3 years on that letter also states she will receive R490 or something for 3years that is also incorrect as its advertised to be equal to one month on average premium. Their premium is alot more than that. Please look into this and email her a better offer as she cant take calls in work time and works 8-7pm 6days a week. I really don't want them to moove back to santam. Ill sent her policy number in a private message below. If you can sort out the excesses back to R5000 and a R1800 premium that will be in order aswell as the MiRewards payback for 3years one month premium not R490 as stated in the annual review letter.
