Miway being strategic

I am appalled by Miways service standard , I covered my property with them since last and to date they keep on sending me msgs to verify whilst they religiously debiting my acc. When I ask what they’ve been debiting for if they don’t have my info they can’t answer yet I’ve maybe called them x6 times requesting for their attention to this matter because this clearly means I’ll be challenged if I should claim seeing that I’m not Fully covered to suit their claim rejection someday. The agent I spoke to yesterday(Kotlago) promised to call back but never did. I am highly ****ed & lookin for another sp urgently.
