MiWay being pathetic AGAIN!
So this is the 3rd year in a row now that you put my premium up and put my excess up from R1500 to R4250... AND my window glass from R850 to R1120. Stop changing my excess without my consent! You do this EVERY YEAR!!! I am tired of this. Time to move to a new insurance.

06 May 2019, 15:38So they still haven't contacted me... I chatted to MiWay through the app. And after they "fixed" my excess from going up from R1500 to R4250 they put my Premium up with 39% from what is previously was. So long MiWay!!!!!
