MIWAY BEATS THE COMPETITION!

I recently had a claim on my car with regards to hail damage sustained at Pietermaritzburg earlier this year. The whol care was badly damaged by the hail stones and I lodged a claim at Miway. My excess was R5000. I was a bit upset with my excess because I felt it was too much especially for something which I had no control over (hail storm while driving). Anyway the car was repaired (it was as good as new afterward) and I consulted Miway. I spoke to Diego about my contract and that my excess was too much, and also that I had received a better deal from another insurance company. Diego was very helpful and optimistic and that Miway is always open to discussion with clients especially if you not happy. My initial premium was R1408,91 with an excess of R5000. Diego presented me with a competitive offer of R1292,97 with excess of R4100. It also helped that I am now married. I am very impressed with the service and time and patience that Miway takes to listen and consider the client first, and in the end we are all winners. There is no other way but Miway. Thanks Diego!
