MiWay bad service

I have received bad service from MiWay logged a claim on 11 December 2019 Ref C*** to date is not complete. I call almost daily to get an update the claim handler Vongani doesn’t respond to my emails or calls. He called back once last week and promise to call back with an update to date I am still waiting.
