MiWay Bad Service
Terrible service from MiWay!!! I intended switching my insurance to them yesterday and today I tried contacting them for almost the hold to to find out a few things. I emailed, WhatsApp and telephoned them. Still waiting for an answer. I eventually did get through - but because I was so upset at this time I decided to cancel. Boy was it difficult to even do that. I am still waiting for proof via email to see that they did indeed cancel. And to think that I was just about to join them.
So I am putting iyt out there that I did cancel and expect an answe.

23 Jun 2023, 13:36Today I received a call from MiWay to find out if I received my cancellation email. Is rep**** no. The lady apologised and said that she would send it right away. That was this morning. I am still waiting. I also found out that they were about to draw the first months money even though I cancelled. I then used my DebiCheck to cancell. Never will I join MiWay.
