Miway bad service

I was involve in an accident on 3 June, my car was towed and has since been stationed at Renewit as per Miway authorization from the 4th of June till date. The repairs should have been completed in 12 days as per the estimate, instead I have received 3 delays from Renewit whenever I need to collect my vehicle. I have escalated this issue with Miway but no response. The courtesy car has been returned to the rental company on the 4th but there was not pressure from Miway to get this matter sorted, yet they are quick to deduct the monthly premius. I have been incurring more costs to get to work as no one from Miway called me with feedback on this claim.
