MIWAY - BAD SERVICE

On the 28th of August 2018, my boyfriend who convinced me to join MIWAY car insurance had an accident on the day. The accident occurred at Cosmo City/JHB around 15h00 during the day. He called MIWAY, they claimed that they were sending someone to assist. I arrived 10 minutes after the accident and we called again and sent the location, we waited and waited up until it was dark and we had no choice but to make a plan, we towed the damaged car rather then to be ******. Miway did not send anyone let alone to keep in touch. I am so disappointed with such service. Can you imagine if the person was bleeding to death he would have bleed to death thinking that the insurance people would attend immediately. I am paying over R 1 100.00 every month for my car insurance and now I'm in fear as a woman that if I'm stranded and need assistance, the insurance co. that I'm paying wont assist me on time even not assist me at all. Can you imagine this accident happened during the day, during the week, so what happens if you are out of town and over the weekend. Any insurance company out there who can offer a good service please contact us. My boyfriend has two cars and I have one.
