MiWay - bad and unprofessional treatment

Very bad experience during my car accident assessment. I am still awaiting my assessment recording since the date of car accident (7 sept 2025). Now I’m getting silent treatment after wave and wave of emails and sms I’ve written to the company and assessor. Their report which was outsourced from some external agents call collision science Africa is also misrepresentation of my personal assessment statement and yet they are resisting to furnish me with that recording for me to pursue with my external legal dispute process. Very bad treatment!!!!!!
