Miway Assessors shoddy assessment work - Excess claim not concluded.

my car got into an accident 05 Nov 2025, assessed by Miway assessor for repairs, but firstly they authorized the repairer to use and repair damaged parts, at which some parts like silver stripes could not be salvaged. After a long complaint written to them the repaired told me that those silver stripes can be replaced. When the car was drived out of the repairer in Dec 2025 about 500 km away it started overheating, drove it back to be checked cutting long story short Miway has commissioned more than three diagnostic reports trying to established when the fault occurred, but until today no decision has been made my car still not drivable. Lastly, the person who drove behind us apologised on the scene, provided all her details including WhatsApp messages where she was advising my wife to claim excess to her insurance, all this information was provided to Miway legal but until today such claim has never been finalised, we are short changed from one diagnostic report to another, advised to wait for response for Excess claim for three months now I am not sure the way we are treated is fair or even legal and acceptable. I hope somebody can intervene to get our car properly fixed and can get back on the road.
