Miway are ******* as I am paying for something and not receiving what I am paying for.

We received a phone call from a consultant asking us if we would like to join Miway insurance company. we received a quote for your car and household goods. The household goods included every thing including furniture, TV, Cell phones, jewelry, sewing machines and embroidery machines. The sewing and embroidery machines, we accepted the quote. When we wanted to claim for an accident that happened to my wife's embroidery machine we were told that it was not specified. And that only glass and mirrors were covered in the policy. We have recordings of the conversation that toke place between myself and the person that phoned me from Miway. I think Miway are ******* as I am paying for something and not receiving what I am paying for.
