MiWay are ****mers. Beware of your dealing with them

A man insured with MiWay reversed into my car. I decided not to go through my insurance as it was his fault. He supp**** all his details and I started the claim process on 12/01/2024. I was asked by MiWay to submit photos of my car and two quotes, which I did on 24/01/2024. I constantly had to ask MiWay for feedback as they were not getting back to me. I accepted one of the quotes I got for MiWay and had to car repaired, using my own hard earned savings. I had no choice but to have the car repaid as my son needed it before varsity started. After another call I had to make to MiWay today 11/03/2024, MiWay sent me an offer. What a joke. The two quotes submitted were in the range of R7600. MiWay has offered to only pay out R4528. According to MiWay that is what the assessor said the repair was worth. Not once did MiWay ask to physically see the car. His assessment was based off the photos only. Why should I have a shortfall of R3150. I am now trying to get the shortfall paid by the owner of the vehicle.

MiWay as a company you are disgusting and I hope I never have to deal with you ever again. I will be posting this on every social media I can to let people know what a **** MiWay is.
