MiWay are *****!

MiWay insurance called me and stated that they would give me R400 if they could not beat my insurance premium. They proceeded to try and failed. I then provided them with my policy schedule and they said they would give me R400 which is on the call recording. They then called me back to say they didn't know I had a percentage based excess. This was not mentioned on the call recording or asked to me while completing the quote. This is the 2nd time they have done this and taken time from my day. I want to complain to the regulator and I want help in contacting them. The people that I spoke to where Almo Julius ,Koketso Kekana and they mentioned someone by the name of Francis Kalp. This is misleading and can even be described a ********** because they do not disclose all their T&C'S before taking up my time. In another country this would be dealt with harshly because this is a crime even from such a massive company. If you promise something on a recording, you must deliver ! Someone please help me and set an example with them.
