Miway are just ******

I claimed for my cracked windscreen from Miway.

The excess that I paid was R1350.

The glass that was fitted on my VW polo was an alternative Benson Glass which cost +- R3000.

1. Most insurance require 20% of the Glass claim amount 2. If I have paid such a high excess I expect an orginal VW shatapruf windshield and not an alternative one otherwise i would have not claimed.

3. I called and I was told a manager will call me and nothing yet

Miway please can you ensure you fit the windshield that was in my car an original vw one
