Miway are Disgraceful ********* !

After taking almost a month to finalize my claim Miway has offered me R21000 to fix my car, the damage is R64000. Miway did not send an assessor to do assessment they worked on photos only. Miway decided I'm 40% liable for the accident, According to them I could have done more to avoid their customer that went straight over a stop street from hitting me. Once again they didn't bother to go to the intersection where this happened. I couldn't have done anything to avoid their customer hitting my car. If I had done anything besides brake as I did I would have gone straight into oncoming traffic. The fact that their client didn't stop is apparently my problem not theirs. The way they treate people is disgraceful. I would never join Miway and I will discourage my friends and family to ever join them. I will tell this story and post it everywhere I can so people know not to trust these *********. DISGUSTING
