Miway are Daytime ******s!!!!

My Claim took 4 Weeks to be approved after Miway's bad service and their Witch-hunting at all my 5 other service providers...Thanks to HelloPeter..Done

Now at payment stage, I expect Miway to Pay my item, which was insured for R35 000 and I paid premium for R35 000 worth less our agreed excess...

No, Miway wants to pay me R26k less excess...meaning R23k...Wow!!!...Never!!!

Now this issue is sitting for nearly 2 weeks at their Dispute department...Soon Ombuds...

I insured R35k....I need R35k paid back...Simple...I refuse any less...

This is Mi-Nightmare!!!
