Miway are bad news

I was bumped from the back of my i20 by a miway client on 3 January 2020, to this day Miway is ducking and diving, a lady by the name of Suzan Baloyi hasn't responded to my email following up on when are they fixing my car. Their client who bumped me, was very cooperative, but Miway has decided to undermine me and my rights, as it is the bumper is almost falling off. Miway do not care, even though I told them that I use the car to drive the kids and I am not employed, my safety and the kids is at stake, as the bumper makes disturbing sound when driving.
