I am writing this message to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by your MiWay. Recently, I had to file a claim due to an unfortunate car incident.

However, your two employees, Thando Kula and Wendel Tucker were truly exceptional in handling my claim. They were extremely professional, courteous, and empathetic throughout the process. They kept me updated on the progress of my claim, and they were always available to address any of my queries or concerns.

Their exceptional attention to detail, prompt responses, and efficiency in handling my claim exceeded my expectations. I am extremely impressed with the quality of service I received from your team.

Upon collecting my courtesy car from Avis, I had forgotten my driver's license at the assessment centre. Thando collaborated with Wendel and my license was delivered. Thank you so much, I greatly appreciated your exceptional service.
