06 Oct 2021, 11:07My experience with hellopeter is amazing as i only knew their existence yesterday after i exhausted all my efforts to MiWay Insurance.
I am still not happy with my Claiming process i had an accident on 2021-09-19 i have struggling to process my claim on the app as i was being advised by MiWay consultant.
My claim was only registered on the 2021-09-31 and i had my 1st feedback on 2021-10-05 with outstanding documents which i submitted an hour later till now the is no feedback of Claim Validation 😨😰😥😢this is very frustrating after my first accident trauma.
