MiWay App for reporting claims - not working

On the MiWay site it tells you that if you report your claim via their App you will get R1000 off your excess. This is quite a lot of money so I have been trying all pm to do this. I downloaded the App, registered and it partially works. But it saves only some of my details and it will not save the report of the accident. So I keep typing it in and it keeps not saving it. I don't know why but it will not allow me to save all of this section. Only partial details get saved. Also, where it says 'choose a suburb' this does not work. I am disappointed as eventually I have had to go submit my claim online because I am unable to do so using the App. So I am disappointed about the R1000 and the time I have so far wasted.
