MiWay App Chat - Awesome
I had a query and chatted to Nokwazi Mdluli from the App on my phone! What a pleasant experience with someone as professional as her! She has assisted me with speed and simplicity! It is such a pleasure knowing you don't have to pick up the phone and call - just start a chat on the App! Nokwazi explained my query in detail without having to explain my query (she knew exactly what I needed)! This is awesome service! ;o)
