MiWay APP and the consultants are the best!!
What a great service i received this morning from MiWay, I got stuck with a flat tyre which was caused by famous potholes in Centurion. I recorded my claim on the app at 8:26am and immediately received a call from Ntokozo Sibiya who was very helpful. The entire process from logging the incident to waiting for help and getting my tyre changed took approximately 30 minutes.
To Ntokozo Sibiya thank you MiWay has an asset in you, your friendly and professional. MiWay thanks for the App as well And the gentleman who came to replace the tyre, thank you.
