Miway and their asset Thabiso Letsoela

Yesterday I called in Miway to cancel my insurance because I couldn't afford it anymore and budget was giving me a better offer. I was transferred to this amazing soul named Thabiso Letsoela. We stayed chatting for an hour. The amount of professionalism that this young man has is absolutely refreshing. He also managed to connect with me on a personal level. We spoke about life and its challenges and he told me about his passed experiences which shockingly I was giving him advice lol. He managed to bring my insurance premium down and my access. Which made me a very happy client. I pray that Miway values their employees and gives them the opportunity to grow and study in the company, because Thabiso is a asset to the company.
