Miway and Renew it are ********** who do the worst work on cars!
MiWay insofar has been the worst company to deal with issue I have raised with them. They work with a company named Renew It in Rivonia to fix cars. The quality of work done by Renew It is completely deplorable. My car was repaired in the most ****tiest way and Miway is still expecting me to be a happy client. My whole case was handled in isolation.

09 Mar 2022, 08:28I received a call from one of your employees, by the name Soutie. His approach and listening skills are rather concerning. He is not helpful and I am kindly asking MiWay that they assist in repairing my car, once my car has been repaired I will cancel my cover and move on with another insurer. In addition, I kindly request that you remove Soutie from handling this matter. I want to work with someone who is professional and willing to help.
Kindly note that I give MiWay a monthly premium for them to assist me in the event my car gets involved in an accident. In addition, Miway requested the person who ran onto my car to pay, which he did.
The Renew It Rivonia panel beater did a very messy job on my car. I am kindly asking for the last time that Miway attends to my concern. failure to do so, I will take this up to MiWay senior management, and also take this matter to court. I have call recordings between Soutie, myself and Jason, which I will present when handing this matter over to court, should this be the the way MiWay handles claims.
