Miway and NRC auto Body Poor service

Poor service I received from a Miway claim department. Since January my car is not yet fix by NRC auto Body penalbeater and Miway is not doing follow up while I am tired off wrong pats ordered by the penalbeater with a lot of mistakes on the car. I tried to call Manas and his manager Shenta but I couldn't find them as their lines always says they are not available . And some agent told me he or she will get back to me on Friday (previous) but never call even today.
