Miway and lies

My son was involved in a car acccident about a month ago, we followed the correct procedure of logging a case with SAPs, Miway asked us to send through pics of the damage, the assesor looked at the images and made an assesment that the damage is R7500, Miway advised me that the excess is R9000. I then took the car to a Miway registered panel beater who advised that the damage on the car is R15400 due to the bumper and fender clips being damange and he suggested a replacement of these parts and spray paint. I then sent this quote to Miway and got not much repsonse, i had to continously contact them and just given the run around, and i was asked to send the same quote to every individual i spoke to. Eventually i got a call from a person named Bridgette Du plessis and and i had to send the quote back to her for the millioneth time. I then got a response that litereally blew mind mind, the assessor claims that i have asked for panel beater to inflate the quote and also i advised him via a phone call that i do not trust the panel beater, i called the panel beater and asked if this was true and he advised he knew nothing of this and never mentioend this to the assessor.This was fabricated by the miway assessor in a bid to save his own skin, i have sent several emails to miway and only get a response from the assessor wanting to have a call with me, i will not do so, for the simple reason that this person makes up stories to his own benefit, i have engaged my attorney and will be contacting miways executive to further persue this matter
