miway and ctrack hopeless

<p>i purchased a brand new vehicle in sept last year and duly took out in suraner with miway and fitted ctrack tracking device as suggested by miway,</p> <p>this vehicle was then ******on 14 march this year only to be recoverd within an hour thereof,</p> <p>a week later ctrack comes to inspect my vehicle only to discover that the tracking unit was also ******, since then i have been going from pillar to post trying to get either ctrack or miway to fit me with a new unit, they dont want to take responsibilty, and yet i am still paying my premiums.</p> <p> </p> <p>now if something happens to my vehicle again who is going to be held responsible?????</p> <p>i am highly upset, disgusting service</p>
