MiWay and Cartrack passing the buck with faulty tracking device

I recently insured with MiWay and, even though I told them I already had 2 non-Cartrack tracking devices installed, as their condition they forced me to install a Cartrack device. After the device was installed my vehicle's battery started running low and is now damaged. I contacted Cartrack and they said their device could be faulty and pulling more current causing damage to the battery. The Cartrack technician did an inspection and now Cartrack say I must buy a new battery. I called MiWay to explain the situation and how it is affecting my business. The MiWay agent (Kingsley) said it is not MiWay's problem. He insists I must take the vehicle to the manufacturing dealership where I bought the vehicle and check if they sold me a faulty battery and how many devices it can support. The vehicle was operating fine before the Cartrack device was installed. Every day I am faced with this issue is another day I lose as a business client with MiWay. MiWay clearly doesn't care or want to help their clients, they just want to pass the buck.
