Miway an Insurer who cannot be trusted

I am so disappointed in Miway. Ive been with them for a few years now. Claim being denied for my Vibracrete which broke due to an accident. Because I did not regularly maintain it with a bonding agent. Ridiculous

Previously my claim was rejected because my own dog ran into my sliding door and the glass broke. They say it would have been covered if someone else's dog ran into it. No longer an insurer who can be trusted.
