Miway allowing panelbeaters to abuse their female clients and employees

This is a follow up on their "we will call you". I keep getting the same agent who seems so helpless when it comes to this monster of a panelbeater. Miway continues to put myself and their black female agent in the firing line of this extremely rude and uncooth manager at Probeat Autobody. After numerous complaints to Miway on numerous platforms, more than 3 months later, I still don't have my car and I am traumatised by the experience as a whole. As the height of GBV especially towards black women in this country, we have insurers like Miway who are oblivious to the abuse their clients and employees experience at the hands of this panelbeater. There are so many unsettling reviews about these people and yet Miway continues to send business their way regardless. I am livid to have experienced all this abuse and still have them say "we will call you" and have them send the same abused employee to continue experiencing the same abuse without intervening to assist either of us. To top it all off, this panelbeater refuses to provide me with updates because I eventually got tired of their lies, empty promises and abuse and responded accordingly. Even after that altercation, Miway has seemingly distanced themselves but continues to collect close to R2000 worth of premiums from me monthly.
