MiWay agent - Nkele Molele is the best agent ever!
Dealt with a previous agent to get a letter for third party claim. Explained my situation to the agent via their WhatsApp chat and haven't heard back from her over a month.
Made contact again yesterday lunch time and spoke with Nkele Molele, explained my situation to him and today at 06:20 received a mail with the signed off letter from Nkele.
This is the second time I am dealing with Nkele and I prefer to work with him. He has changed my perspective of a insurance agent because I have never received such an amazing service and he is always ready to help with any issue or query.
Please take note of Nkele Molele, you won't find a better insurance agent!
