MiWay Agent name Tholakelemt is a ****!!!

<p>I called MiWay on the 25 Nov 2016 to sign-up for a car insurance and I asked them to only start debitting my account in January the 25th, the call center agent said no, you can open an insurance and not pay for it in 45 day, so she counted from the 25 Nov - 11 Jan, making it 45 days. I then told her that I wont have money on the 11 Jan to pay my first premium, she said I can call MiWay and shift my premium debit date before the 11th. So 2017 Jan came, I then called MiWay to change my debit date to the 25th Jan, the agent doesnt tell me that the debit order has already been sent to the bank, I assume that all is good and nobody will debit my account. on the 11th Jan, Miway debit my account, because I did not have enough money in my account, the bank charged me 150.00 for an unpaid debit. I called Miway and a call center agent named Tholakelemt promised me that my money will be in my account by the 20th Jan, but even today im still waiting, everytime i call, they tell me that they are still looking into the issue. I'm tired of suffering for something I did not agree to!!! i want my money back!! </p>
