Miway affecting my Credit Score

I bought a new car this year and decided that miway will be the best insure to go with and moved my car and household insurance to them. Little did i know this will have a huge impact on my credit profile, i have sent aa request to Lebogang on the 4th of November 2020 and to date i have not received any joy. My credit profile has not been updated and Lebogang has been saying the same thing that the department that deals with this updates will contact me. For the past 4 months there has been no update and my credit score has not moved due to miway ensuring that the account is not updated. I need this resolved today or they can just cancel my account.
