Miway adding false accidents for additional premiums

Miway changed my policy details without any contact from my side. They added an accident to my profile that I was never involved in, which pushed up my premium then started deducting more from my account. I have spoken to several consultants to correct this over a few weeks, but nothing has been done to correct this. The consultants said they didn't know why my premium increased and all promised to get back to me, but none ever did. Miway has yet to correct this or call me back after all my calls. They have also not reimbursed me the additional amount that they ********ly took from me. I'm appalled that a company would change someone's details in an attempt to wrongfully take more money from them!
