Miway abysmal claims handling

They approved my claim and gave me the go ahead that I would be paid out. I then told a panel beater to begin repairs. Once the repairs were done, Miway then went back on their initial decision and rejected my claim. I was sitting with a huge debt on my side and appealed to Ombudsman. To this day , it has been a year and they are still investigating the case.
