Miway absolutely useless and ***********

I have never came across a more useless insurance company in my life! I requested to cancel this policy on Tuesday 28 September. Received the following sms Good day Mrs M Engelbrecht, the MiWay Retention department received a request to contact you with regards to your policy. We value your business and will be in contact with you within 72 hours. Regards, MiWay Team. Ref#: P***5

I have STILL not received a call from anyone. Both my Mother and I phoned them today were the consultant had the audacity of asking me if I had proof that I wanted to cancel. This policy has been completely useless from the get go, including requirements AFTER taking the policy and not WHILE you are taking the policy. I wanted to cancel earlier in the month, spoke to retentions and decided to give them a chance. Still did not agree to the requirements and got different insurance and requested to cancel, STILL waiting on the call and my account has been debited AFTER I requested to cancel. I WANT MY REFUND TODAY!!! IT IS SATURDAY ALREADY!!!!!!!!
