Miway ability to refund when insurance is cancelled

I cancelled my insurance on 25 February 2019 and was issued with a cancellation letter on 1 March 2019. I was informed that a refund would be made within 7 days of cancellation. I then assumed from 1 March 2019 the 7 days starts. On 14 March 2019 I was then informed that the refund was not requested by the consultant assisting me and then promised a refund within 3 days. No refund yet so I called on 18 March 2019 and now received an sms promising a refund within 48 hours.
