MIWAY, A WOLF IN SHEEP'S CLOTHING

I have been loyal to Miway for 6 years and I only claimed twice this year due to damages out of my control. Both claims are not major claims, but after the claims I received an email telling me that I should not claim a lot otherwise my insurance will be cancelled. I asked about the emails and was told that they're looking out for my profile. It did not end there, my premiums suddenly went up with R600 and they say that it's because I claimed twice this year but what about all those other years that I hadn't claimed, my premiums did not go down because I hadn't had accidents. This woman even has the nerve to tell me that I should minimize my accidents as if I'm in control of an ACCIDENT or I drink and drive or an *********** driver. I would never ever recommend miway to an enemy.
