Miway, a ******** company

I had an a storm, I aquaplaned on a corner thats in a ditch, hit a tree and wrote my car off. There was no reason for Miway to declined the claim, I was on my way home from work. After being told very aggressively that I **** about the date of a previous insurance claim, (which I clearly mentioned, Im not sure about) they declined my claim saying I failed to be forth coming and hid the previous claim, then refused to pay out. This is not the case at all... In a time of trauma, the day after an accident, 2 hours after being released from hospital, how can you possibly be able to remember an accident from 2 years ago? Miway didnt tell me(after I requested) where my car was taken, now will not reply to any of my emails regarding them holding the papers to a car they wrote off, not telling me where the car is and not paying out my claim... What am I to do? These people are *********...
